1. Use of the Services

The Services allow users to browse, purchase, and activate eSIM data plans.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

2. User Account

You may be required to register for an account to access certain features.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.

3. Purchases and Payments

You may purchase eSIM data plans through the Services.

Prices, available plans, data allowances, destinations, validity periods, and other plan details are displayed before purchase.

Prices and available plans may be updated from time to time.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. We do not store your full payment card details.

4. eSIM Activation and Compatibility

Before purchasing an eSIM, you are responsible for ensuring that your device supports eSIM functionality and is compatible with the selected plan.

You are also responsible for following the installation and activation instructions provided by eSimla.

Compatibility may depend on the device model, carrier, region, and other technical factors.

5. Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund, the purchased eSIM must not have been downloaded, installed, activated, or used.

Once an eSIM has been downloaded, installed, activated, or used, it is no longer eligible for a refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Please provide your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.

The time required for a refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

6. Restrictions

You agree not to misuse the Services, including but not limited to:

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services

• Reselling eSIM products without authorization

• Using the Services for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

• Attempting to circumvent security or access controls

• Using the Services in a manner that may damage, disrupt, or impair the Services

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, and other intellectual property associated with eSimla are owned by or licensed to IPUBLISH DEVELOPMENT LTD.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available in every location.

Our Unlimited eSIM provide daily 1GB of Hight Speed Internet then FUP policy：384 Kbps

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPUBLISH DEVELOPMENT LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise misused the Services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
