FAQs & troubleshooting
My eSIM is installed but there is no internet. What should I check?
Select the travel eSIM for mobile data, turn its line and Data Roaming on, and confirm you are in a covered destination with an active plan and data remaining. Turn Wi-Fi off briefly to test mobile data.
How do I enable Data Roaming on iPhone?
Open Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Service) > your travel eSIM > Cellular Data Options > Data Roaming. Turn it on for the travel eSIM only. Leave roaming off on your home SIM to avoid home-carrier charges. Menu names vary by iOS version.
How do I enable Data Roaming on Android?
Pixel: Settings > Network & internet > SIMs > travel eSIM > Roaming. Samsung: Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Data roaming. Select the travel eSIM for mobile data first. Menu names vary by device.
Why do I see No Service or SOS?
Check the covered countries and supported networks in your order. Try Airplane Mode on and off, then restart. Start with automatic network selection; if needed, select a listed supported network manually. Do not delete the eSIM.
Why is activation still pending?
Installation needs a reliable internet connection. Some travel profiles connect only after reaching a supported destination. Check whether the eSIM already appears in your phone's SIM settings before retrying. Contact support if an error persists.
The QR code is invalid or already used. What should I do?
First check whether the eSIM is already installed. If not, try the manual SM-DP+ address and activation code shown in your order. Do not delete an existing profile or repeatedly buy replacements. Ask support to check the installation error.
Which APN should I use?
Use only the APN shown in your own order. If it says Automatic, leave the default settings. Do not copy an APN from another plan. Some iPhone carriers hide APN editing; contact support if the required option is unavailable.
My connection is slow or only shows 4G. Is the eSIM faulty?
Speed depends on local coverage, congestion, device compatibility and your plan's limits. Try a location with stronger signal and a supported network. 5G is not guaranteed everywhere; LTE/4G can be normal. Check any fair-use terms for unlimited plans.
Can I receive calls, SMS and WhatsApp messages?
Check your plan details: data-only plans do not include standard calls or SMS. Internet apps can use the eSIM's data. Your existing WhatsApp number need not change. Calls and SMS on your home line may incur carrier charges.
When does my plan's validity start?
Follow the activation policy shown for your package. The start can depend on installation or the first supported-network connection. Your order shows the available usage and remaining validity after activation.
I paid for a top-up but my data has not changed yet.
Refresh the order's usage after the top-up is confirmed. Provider updates can take time. Check that you topped up the correct eSIM and keep the same installed profile. Contact support with the order number before purchasing the same top-up again.
Can I share data with a hotspot?
Hotspot availability depends on the device, network and plan. Confirm mobile data works first, then enable Personal Hotspot or Hotspot & tethering. Follow your plan's restrictions and use only the supplied APN settings.
Should I delete or transfer the eSIM to fix a problem?
No. Do not erase the eSIM as a troubleshooting step unless support instructs you. Reinstallation and transfer are not guaranteed. If you already deleted it or changed phones, contact support before trying the QR code again.
My data or validity has run out. Can I keep using the eSIM?
Check your order status and remaining allowance. Use top-up only when your eSIM offers that option. An expired or unsupported plan may require a new package. Keeping the profile installed does not add data or extend validity.
How can I check whether my phone supports this eSIM?
Check your exact phone model and regional variant for eSIM support and make sure it is network-unlocked. On iPhone, Settings > General > About should show No SIM Restrictions next to Carrier Lock. Ask the phone seller or carrier if unsure.
What should I send support if nothing works?
Send your order number, phone model, current country, exact error and screenshots of the relevant SIM, roaming and APN settings. Do not post your QR code, activation code, password or payment details publicly.
